will is kit for for a car in km?

These kits are produced only with MPH speedometers. You would need to purchase individual gauges and the panel to obtain a unit for Km/H.

Informaton states ...Kit contains LED lighting dimmer ? Everything else is here but the only LED's are the directional and H-beam & brake indicators. I'm not sure of the speedo & tach because bulbs are internal. Do I nee this LED lighting dimmer ?
