73 RoadR with a 360 engine ( 1979) and a 727 3 speed auto ( p 3 prong neutral safety switch) w/ floor shifter, American automotive wire harness, ? gauges Llit ,?spot for high beam or directional lights ( P,R,N,D) -TACH /speedometer send unts?

We do include our harness (2198). The harness does include the 3283 for turn signals and high beam. The tachometer will work directly off the ignition and we do include a speedometer sender. Thank you for the question. There is no provision for the radio on this dash since we had to accommodate all 4 gauges, plus the tachometer and speedometer.
