This easy-to-install kit includes a set of 7 iconic AutoMeter Jeep series gauges driver-centric replacemen dash panels, all necessary hardware for mounting, and a universal wiring harness. The kit includes an electric speedometer, tachometer, water temperature, oil pressure, transfer case temp, fuel level (0-90 ohm), and voltmeter.
The patented air core meter movement, wound in house to exacting standards, can move the needle from 0 - 8,000 rpm in 333 milliseconds. An inaugural inductee to the Hot Rod Speed Parts Hall of Fame, no other tachometer on the market has had anything approaching its impact on professional racing. Built for a lifetime of service under the harshest conditions, this is the no compromise tach for no compromise builds.

AutoMeter’s Electronic Programmable Speedometer makes short work of both, providing an easy to install and easy to calibrate solution that will help keep your speed exactly where it needs to be. Great Gauges
The gauges look great. The only issue I had was the kit said it came with mounting hardware as described online, but after speaking with technical support, I found the gauges were press fit. Some were a tight fit and a couple were loose. Technical support said they were sending the mounting hardware but never did. I used silicone adhesive to secure in place.

You can as the gauges for this kit use a T-3 Wedge style bulb. So you can use any of our LED bulbs we offer that fit that style bulb base.

You could use our 5289 GPS sender along with this kit. However, if you wanted to run a native GPS speedometer, like our 2480, your only option would be to order the 15218 and 15220 panels separately along with the instruments you want.

We do not offer this specific kit or the Jeep gauges in a white option. We do offer a few white series gauges, like Phantom, that could be purchased separately along with these panels.

The 7040 Jeep Kit consists of the 15220 panel and 15218 panel and our Jeep licensed Traditional Chrome gauges. We don't offer this specific kit in mechanical, but you can purchase the 15220 and 15218 panel along with certain mechanical Traditional Chrome series gauges.

I have a 93 YJ with a Gen II 350 Chev, 700R4, NP231, 4.11 Gears. PCM is removed. Can you provide a parts list of all the components that would allow me to connect Autometer Gauges to this "old school" setup? Can I get the gauges in white?

Hello! This should include about everything you’d need except for a speedometer sender. Our 5291 or 5293 would work off of the speedometer cable output on a 700R4.

yes they will fit. you'll need a gps transducer to connect to the speedometer, and transfer case sensor to complete the total package.

Will this kit work on a 2006 Chevy v8 5.3? That is the engine that is currently in my 1988 Jeep Wrangler. The transfer case is a 241 c, for the speedometer sensor, will that work as well?

Please keep in mind that some adapters may need to be purchased to make this work but these are still universal gauges and should be no issue.
