AutoMeter’s remarkable DashControl™ utilizes your vehicle’s factory display(s) to provide performance information without modification. Available for certain vehicles with a Driver Information Center (DIC), DashControl™ plugs into the OBDII port and “hijacks” these displays, allowing you to monitor parameters from the vehicle’s data bus. Customize the display pages to display what you want, where you want it. Because there is no modification to any of the vehicle’s computer systems, it’s 100% warranty friendly and reversible simply by unplugging the device. It’s the easiest, most integrated solution for gauges yet, and takes only seconds to install.
DashControl™ offers customizable alerts as well. Water temp getting too hot or oil pressure dropping? DashControl™ can activate your factory warning chime and display an alert in the DIC at any value you set. Customization is incredibly easy using our intuitive configuration software. Better still, the system is expandable to add up to two additional analog inputs for parameters not monitored by your vehicle’s computer systems.

2015 GMC Yukon Denali
Everyone knows the issues the 8 speeds have. This tool has been extremely helpful in tuning my vehicle. I have been able to see data live and set alarms to alert me to conditions I need to fix. This tool is an invaluable diagnostic tool. If you are working on your own vehicle this is a must. Using this device I have been able to tune my Yukon to get a best mileage of 26.9mpg

I have a Tahoe Premier 2019 Model. The Compass is not shown in the DIC (Center Top) Can your software modify the DIC that it shows the compass in DIC.

Will this read afr i have a cammed 2016 silverado and I do not think it is integraded into the computer there for have to use a wide band sensor.

Hello,
This can read AFR. However you will need to program that within the DashControl program used for that unit.

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD Duramax 6.6 . Will the Dash control let me see the exhaust temp ,boost and do you have to leave it plug in all the time?

It will allow you to see this data but the dongle will need to be plugged in at all times in order to view this data. I would recommend getting P/N: 5323 if you ever need to access the OBD port with a scan tool.
