BMW M57 335D/X5D Swirl Flap Delete Kit

A QUALITY SWIRL FLAP DELETE KIT THAT DOESN'T LEAK

With a multitude of options for swirl flap blanking kits on the market for the M57, many have found the hard way that the majority leak boost, are poor quality and/or have an incorrectly designed o-ring.  

ATM provides a quality solution with a 6061 aluminum body, large viton o-ring, and our own design to our specs. Whether your objective is to eliminate the factory leaking swirl flaps or another aftermarket kit, we have you covered!

1) Remove intake manifold

2) Remove all swirl flap screws (save these)

3) Remove swirl flaps along with actuator rod together as one unit. The swirl flap motor should stay attached and plugged back in so no codes are thrown

4) Clean swirl flap bores of any carbon and/or residue. They must be smooth and clean to prevent leaks.

5) Install swirl flap delete blanks using OEM screws and INCLUDED SUPER LUBE. Super Lube or grease must be used or the orings can be damaged upon installation, resulting in leaks.

6) Reinstall intake manifold and enjoy!
