We utilize custom pistons designed to work in conjunction with the VR38’s nikasil liners. The cylinder hone is optimized on each motor to ensure proper piston seal, power capability and longevity. Each motor is cared for individually to ensure proper clearances. Custom piston rings and wrist pins have been specified through our research and development. Utilizing our unique components, each assembly is balanced to perfection. Each bearing clearance is critically measured and our custom coating applied for maximum efficiency. The motor is assembled with a specific lubricant to ensure metal to metal contact is buffered.

This motor is rated up to 1400hp and 1000 ft lbs of torque
