Half-welded and thin gauge, the factory front, lower shock mounts don’t provide nearly enough support for larger, aftermarket shocks. Withe the introduction of our 3.0″ King Shock Equipped Dominator Systems for the Radius Arm Ram Platform, these have become a necessity. We’ve seen factory shock mounts rip off with our Pintop Systems making these a no-brainer if you plan to upgrade to big-boy shocks!
