Located directly behind the radiator, it is directly responsible for making sure that your Mini's radiator is getting sufficient air flow. Engine Cooling Fan Assembly

The Engine Cooling Fan Assembly is a crucial component of a vehicle’s cooling system. It consists of an electric or mechanical fan, shroud, motor, and related wiring or clutch mechanism. Its main role is to pull or push air through the radiator to regulate coolant temperature, especially when the vehicle is idling or moving at low speeds where natural airflow is limited.

  • Prevents engine overheating by maintaining proper coolant temperature.
  • Assists air conditioning performance by cooling the condenser.
  • Supports overall engine efficiency and longevity.
Engine Cooling Fan Assembly Failure Symptoms
