Each aero disc is manufactured from 100% prepreg 2x2 twill carbon fiber and autoclave-cured for exceptional strength, low weight, and consistent surface quality. A UV-protected finish preserves the appearance of the carbon fiber, with gloss and matte options available to complement the factory exterior.

The two-piece mounting system places the visible carbon fiber disc against the outer wheel face and secures it using a concealed retaining ring positioned inside the wheel. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modification of the factory wheels is required, allowing the complete system to be removed and returned to stock.
