Installation Instructions

The RNGR-220 Dual Train Air Horns and Onboard Air system is a great "Lil' Bad Ass" that booms out an amazing 154.2 decibels. The system is 100% Bolt-On and features the heavy-duty Kleinn model 6450RC WATERPROOF air compressor with a 1.5-gallon air tank mounted on a custom designed steel mounting bracket. The 6450RC compressor is fully submersible so rain, snow, mud and even water crossings are no problem. NO cutting, drilling or modifications are necessary. This direct fit system includes all the necessary air lines, hardware, fittings and a wiring kit with 30-amp relay.

The RNGR-220 is capable of inflating 37" tires with ease and can provide an air source for air lockers, small air tools and of course, your Kleinn Air Horns. The RNGR-220 includes a remote mount tire inflator with locking air gun with digital gauge, pressure relief and storage bag.
