LF Bypass Valve Rebuild Kit V2

DESCRIPTION

This LF BPV Rebuild Kit is a package of hardware and o-rings required to completely rebuild the current COBB LF Bypass Valve. New o-rings, assembly lube, hardware and tools give you everything necessary to address concerns with a COBB LF BPV that may not seal as well as it used to.

In August of 2020, the LF Bypass Valve for the 2015-2020 WRX and 2014-2018 Forester XT was updated with a new internal spring. The Rebuild Kit will include both springs, please choose the option that is appropriate for your application.

Bench cracking vacuum installed in LF BPV: -5.7 psi

New Spring (yellow)

Rate: 40.5 lbf/in
Bench cracking vacuum installed in LF BPV: -6.7 psi

WHY?

Over time the o-rings within the COBB LF Bypass Valve may potentially deform or fail. This rebuild kit provides all parts needed to completely rebuild any of the current LF Bypass Valves.
