To answer this need, MSD developed this powerful coil for the PRO 600 Capacitive Discharge Ignition to provide unrivaled spark energy and dependability. With the unrivaled output of the Pro 600 CDI, combined with these High-Output coils, everything from Pro Mod to Pulling Trucks can perform at a whole new level! This high output coil is meant to be used with MSD's Pro 600 CDI (PN 8000). The coil will be wired to the Pro 600 CDI harness. If you've made the step up to the industry-leading MSD Pro 600 Ignition, you'll want to equip it with the best coils on the market. The Pro 600 (Capacitive Discharge Ignition) coil is the solution with the highest current and voltage available in a small compact design.

Features:

  • Designed for extreme racing for the Pro 600 Capacitive Discharge Ignition, PN 8000
  • Supplied with hardware to mount horizontal or vertical position
  • Capable of up to 50,000 Volts to ignite extreme cylinder pressures
  • Over 200 millijoules of spark energy makes them ideal for use with methanol, ethanol, E85 and forced induction and power adder combinations
  • Coils are designed to be mounted on Holley’s LS valve covers, or Original Equipment LS passenger car coil brackets using 72mm bolt spacing
  • HEI style secondary tower for secure coil wire connection
