It works as a direct replacement for OE head gaskets in 2001 to 2010 GM Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM turbo diesel engines, so you don’t need to worry about proper fitment.
Each Sinister Diesel Black Diamond Head Gasket has been designed specifically for the extreme heat and high compression of your Duramax turbo diesel engine. The 5 layers of stainless steel plus an adaptive fluoroelastomer (FKM) coating combine to create a heavy-duty seal for each of the cylinders. Sold individually, you need to select either a driver or passenger side gasket.
