These are SUPERLIFT's replacement radius arms for 2005-2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD & the 2005-2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD.

In 2005, the front suspension on the Ford Super Duty four-wheel drive trucks was updated & converted to front coil springs. The 2005-2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD & the 2005-2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD are all equipped with a front solid axle with coil springs & radius arms. Ford uses two (2) radius arms to locate the axle front-to-rear. The radius arm attaches to the axle above & below its center line so it can control the castor (or the ‘roll’ of the axle).

SUPERLIFT engineered these radius arms from the drafting board using OEM CAD models, state of the art design tools & the latest software as part of our huge selection of lift kits for the 2005-2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD & the 2005-2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD. They were manufactured at our design & manufacturing center in West Monroe, Louisiana.

Fabricated out of 2.00” OD x 0.156” wall DOM tubing (this is a larger diameter & heavier wall material than others) & from 0.025-inch metal that is CNC formed for precise fitment & professionally welded by hand. SUPERLIFT's massive, high clearance tubular radius arms are offset to the inside allowing additional clearance for wider tires. 

SUPERLIFT's radius arms maximize ground clearance & are designed with huge 3.250-inch press fit OEM style Clevite bushings for their superior damping, durability & noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) reduction. At the axle mount, an integrated eccentric cradle allows adjustment to dial in the correct caster angle (eccentric cam bolts included). The ‘True Flat’ jack point made on to the arm allows for easy vehicle maintenance. The protective powder coat finish helps resistance from the on & off-road elements.
