G250-S5D250G-SEALS
It is no secret that transmission fluid leaks are common on older or high-mileage BMWs. Low transmission fluid levels can quickly lead to damage on oil-starved gears and bearings. If you are removing the transmission for any reason, we recommend replacing all of the shaft seals.
We bundled the 3 transmission oil seals and the output flange lock plate into a kit to make it easier for you to get the correct parts to reseal your Getrag 250 (S5D250G) 5-speed manual gearbox.
Kit Includes:
- Input Shaft Seal (30x50x7), Corteco OEM 23128677738
- Output Shaft Seal (40x55x8), Elring OEM 23128742716
- Shifter Shaft Seal (15x21x5), Elring OEM 23128677736
- Securing plate for output flange, Genuine BMW 23211490120
This set of oil seals fits the Getrag 250 (S5D250G) 5-speed manual transmissions used on E36 318i, 318is, 318ti, 323i, 323is, 325i, 325is (1992-1999), E46 323Ci, 323i, 325ci, 325i (2001-2006), E34 525i M50 (1991-1995), E39 525i (2001-2003), Z3 1.9, 2.5i (1996-1999), E85 Z4 2.5i (2003-2005).
