The VF Engineering supercharger system for the BMW Z3M is an expertly engineered performance upgrade that delivers a remarkable increase in power and driving excitement to this iconic roadster. This supercharger, positioned in line with the original serpentine belt and utilizing an OEM belt, retains the fully functional OEM active-spring belt tensioner to eliminate belt slip and the need for manual tensioning. The water-cooled design ensures consistent performance by maintaining optimal operating temperatures, making it ideal for both spirited driving and track sessions. Custom-molded polypropylene plastic air ducts provide an OEM appearance and fit, while the Bosch boost overrun system ensures smooth off-throttle cruising and deceleration.
