VW Rear Magna Sport Differential
This kit is complete with everything needed to service the Magna Torque Vectoring Sport Differential in your MK8 Golf R. VW specifies that this fluid should be changed every 40k miles, or sooner, especially if you are utilizing the differential often from heavy driving or track use.

Differential fluid lubricates the internal components of a vehicle's differential, which helps distribute power to each wheel and allows the vehicle to turn. Low or dirty differential fluid can cause a number of issues, including:
Differential Case Kit Failure Symptoms- Strange noises: A whining, howling, or whirring sound could indicate that the differential needs lubrication
- Vibrations: Unusual vibrations, especially while accelerating, could be a sign of a major fault
- Fluid leaks: A leak could indicate worn seals or gaskets that need to be replaced
